Returns or Exchanges

No returns or exchanges on closeout items.

Our policy on returns,
When you recieve your item please try it on, while leaving the shield protective coating and all tags attached, whether it be a helmet, clothing etc,
if it does not fit we need to be contacted right away (within 24 hours).
as long as the item is returned the exact same way it was sent out ,
shield protective coating on, & and all tags attached, in the bag,box,etc.
we will exchange it for you, (Within 30 days of Purchase)

You would be responsible for the shipping back and forth,
all returns or exchanges will be issued a RMA #
that you will need to write on the outside of the Shipping Label
(Please do not write on the box only the Shipping Label)
A copy of your invoive enclosed with the item being sent back.

Please dont try and send back a used item,
We sell new items, not used items and just like you, we will not accept a used item sent back to us,
we will send them back and issue no refund.,

Exchanges will not be charged any fees other than shipping back to you.

Refunds will be charged a 20.00 handling fee and up to a 20% Restocking fee to cover our initial cost of shipping.
